Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

    Качество изготовления высокое. Монтируется не идеально, но смотрится хорошо. Отправили не сразу (несколько дней не могли решиться :)). Потом ещё почта добавила своих волшебных тормозов. В итоге шло довольно долго.

    До Ростовской области доехал за 25 дней.. Упаковка помялась. Сумки качественные, влезла одна камера на 27,5, велоаптечка и мультитул. Сумки целые. Все говорят, что продавец дожит подарок, но мне за две сумки не досталось…

    Если вы низкого роста, а значит подседельная труба также низкая, то он может мешать размещению заднего фонаря. На сумке закрепить что то 50 граммовое сложно, будет болтаться. Нижняя часть дополнительно крепится резинкой вокруг трубы, но мне пришлось применять и запасную резинку тоже. И в таком виде они слабо фиксируются, нужно будет выдумывать, как их связать. Если все таки натянуть только одну, то сумка сильно прижимается к седлу, и резинка может скоро порваться If you are short, which means the seat tube is also short, then it may interfere with the placement of the taillight.     Acabo de recibirla y las primeras impresiones son muy buenas, es una bolsa amplia( 2 bolsillos, cabe perfectamente un móvil a parte de muchas más cosas necesarias para la bici) y compacta, no se deforma. Las cremalleras son invisibles por lo que no entra agua. Tenía envío en 3 días pero vino en 5, (4 días laborables), dato que no tiene mucha importancia pero lo dejo por aquí.
